The five phases
What happens in the room.
I.
Listening
The first thirty minutes are entirely yours. Dr. Saeed will ask you what brought you to the consultation and what — specifically — you would change if you could change anything. We do not show before-and-after photographs at this stage. We listen.
II.
Examination
A thorough examination of the relevant area in private, with a chaperone present. Standardised clinical photographs are taken in calibrated lighting and stored on your secure file.
III.
Drawing the plan
On a printed silhouette or facial mirror image, Dr. Saeed will draw the proposed plan together with you — the volumes, the vectors, the scars, the trade-offs.
IV.
The conversation about risk
Every relevant risk for your specific case is discussed plainly. We do not minimise. We will tell you what we cannot do and which patients we would not operate on.
V.
Going home to think
There is no decision in the room. You leave with a written surgical plan, a quotation, and Dr. Saeed's direct WhatsApp for follow-up questions. The vast majority of patients return for a second consultation before booking.
In-person consultation
At the clinic in 6th of October
The standard pathway. A 60 – 90 minute appointment, photographs under standardised lighting, examination in private, and a written plan handed to you at the end.
Consultation fee: EGP 1,500 (deducted from any subsequent surgical quotation)
Online video consultation
For international patients
A 45-minute scheduled video consultation. You upload three standardised photographs ahead of time. A written surgical plan and quotation follow within five working days.

How much does a consultation cost?+
EGP 1,500. The fee is deducted from the surgical quotation if you proceed.
How long is a consultation?+
Sixty to ninety minutes for cosmetic consultations.
Can I bring my partner or a friend?+
Absolutely — and we encourage it. A second pair of ears is helpful.
Do you offer video consultations?+
Yes — for international patients and for first consultations from outside Cairo. See the International page.
What if I am not yet sure I want surgery?+
That is not unusual. The consultation is also a place to decide that the answer is no — for now or forever.
