The pathway
Eight steps from first message to twelve-month follow-up.

Initial enquiry & video consultation
A 45-minute scheduled video consultation, conducted personally by Dr. Saeed. You will be sent a structured questionnaire and asked to upload three standardised photographs to your secure patient file.

Written surgical plan & quotation
Within five working days you receive a written surgical plan, an itemised quotation, and a list of pre-operative investigations. Bloods may be performed at your local laboratory and forwarded electronically.

Concierge stay arrangement
Our international coordinator books your hotel from our partner list, arranges airport transfer, and prepares your recovery itinerary including lymphatic drainage and follow-up sessions.

Day-one in Cairo
Pre-operative review at the clinic on the morning after arrival. Photographs, examination and the final consent are completed in person.

Surgery and overnight care
Surgery on day three. One or two nights in our overnight recovery suite with continuous nursing.

Recovery in Cairo
Seven to fourteen days of recovery at your hotel with scheduled clinic reviews on days three, seven and twelve. Lymphatic drainage at the hotel.

Cleared to fly
A formal flight clearance and travel documentation are issued before you fly home. Compression stockings and an in-flight protocol are provided.

Long-term follow-up
Video reviews at one, three, six and twelve months. Photographs uploaded to your secure file. A return visit at six or twelve months for in-person review is welcomed but not required.
